Are you able to bring in a special item(s) for me?
We will surely try our very best to that!! Please contact us via email at with a detailed description, including size, colour, brand (where necessary), how many and an image and we will be in touch with a price and lead time. You can also message us from the "Contact Us" page. Whatever is easiest for you!

I ordered something and it doesn’t work/is broken. Can I return it?
Yes, absolutely! However, all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in the same condition that they were in at the time of purchase, or we will not be able to credit you. We will try to replace any broken/damaged product right away, once we receive the returned item back. NOTE: Original and return shipping fees are not eligible for credit.

If you live locally to us, then you can message us for the address of our Head Quarters and drop it off there or you can choose to mail it back at your expense.


Any refunds will be in the form of store credit only. The only exception on this policy are items that are set for clearance. Clearance items will not be refunded.

If you wish to return an item please contact us prior to obtain a Returns Number


I live locally, can I save on shipping costs if I come pick it up?
Just let us know before you check out that you want to do this and we'll give you a special code to use to waive the shipping fee. At the same time, we'll let you know where our Head Quarters are to collect your package.

My package hasn’t arrived.
If you have questions about the status of your order please contact us.  We will do our utmost to track it down for you if a reasonable amount of time has gone by and it still has not arrived. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

My package was damaged when I received it and an item(s) was broken as a result.
Please keep in mind that although we can’t be responsible for your package once it leaves our shipping area, we will do our best to help resolve any problems that happened between there and it arriving on your doorstep.

Please email us at with your invoice #, a photo of the damaged box and tell us what item is damaged from your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue as we always strive to keep our customers Sew Happy!

How fast is “FAST”?
Once your order is placed, we typically ship within 1-2 business days. During the busy seasons this may be extended up to 4 business days.

The estimated amount of time for your package to arrive once it leaves our warehouse is:
Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 2-5 business days
Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 7-10 Business days
International: 10-15 Business days

How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be default shipped via Canada Post with no tracking number.

I need my package yesterday – how much for Superman to get to me?
While we make no claims to personally know Clark Kent’s alter ego, we do have ways of getting your package to you faster that the regular postal service! Contact us with how you’d like it shipped and we’ll let you know the extra charge involved. 

The Government wants their share.
We charge taxes on all Canadian orders. Depending upon which province you’re ordering to, the taxes will be charged accordingly. For instance, if you’re in BC, you will be charged both PST and GST.

US and International orders are tax free – you lucky ducks!
